PREAMBLE
IN order to engage in a more comprehensive and cohesive approach relative to the specific problems facing the city of Lascahobas, and to effectively address them, the Organization for the Development of Lascahobas, ODL, was created by men and women from Lascahobas who wanted to unite their efforts in order to enrich their proud city.
Mission & Vision
The mission of the ODL is to offer people from Lascahobas, both in Haiti and abroad, an opportunity to build a more reliable and prosperous city.
The vision of the ODL is to identify and provide material and human resources in order to improve the living conditions through health, education, and trade in the life of the city.
